A portrait of my girlfriend. I did it without looking at any picture, just by memory, so she's not so beautiful as she really is. As a matter of fact, I couldn't draw her more beautiful than she actaully is anyway

A beautiful simplicity here. She seems about to speak.
I think you might even be able to pare down the background more to focus our attention on the elegant portrait.

Great style! I love the simple look of it. It might be a good idea to make the lightest highlight of her face a shade lighter, as now it seems to blend in with the rest of the face. Some darker shadows would do wonders too.

I think it is very lovely and enjoy the color scheme & comp as is. couple points: you've got a 'break' in the line of her neck, and I'm not wild about the circular spots on her face.
